We manufacture bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats in 100% Turkish cotton under your own brand, with your colors, sizes, labels and packaging, at our facility in Denizli, Türkiye.
AFZ Tekstil has operated in Denizli since 1995. Our dobby and jacquard terry looms produce in the 320–800 g/m² range. Towels are one of our terry product groups, together with bathrobes and bath mats: bath towels, hand towels and washcloths in 100% Turkish cotton, with organic cotton available under our GOTS certification.
Weaving, dyeing, finishing, sewing, labelling and packaging are handled by us, so you specify the towel and we deliver it finished under your brand. Yes. Drying speed depends mainly on weight and construction: lighter terry from 320 g/m² and waffle weaves dry fastest, while heavier terry up to 800 g/m² is plusher and more absorbent. Our flat-woven Turkish towels are the lightest, fastest-drying option.
Yes. Our production is GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), and organic cotton is available on request.
Yes. Custom color (including Pantone color matching) and size are available on request.
We make finished towels: weaving, dyeing and finishing, cutting, sewing, embroidery, labelling and packaging are all part of our production flow.
