Established in 1995, AFZ Tekstil operates an integrated textile manufacturing facility in Denizli, Turkey with 74,000 m² of open area and 12,500 m² of indoor production space. With a team of 340+ employees, the facility carries out automated dyeing and finishing processes for cotton, viscose, polyester and blended fabrics, including terry, bathrobe, woven and knitted textiles, in accordance with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 requirements. We manufacture finished towels and bathrobes end-to-end in 100% Turkish cotton, including for our customers' own brands (private label / OEM), and export to the USA, Europe and the Balkans.

OUR CAPABILITIES
Our dobby and jacquard terry looms and our flat weaving machinery produce in the 320–800 g/m² range. In terry weaving we produce towels, bathrobes, bath mats and children's terry products; in flat weaving we produce hotel and home textiles from 145 TC to 400 TC.
On our knitting machinery, which produces knitted fabrics between 100 and 160 g/m², we supply fitted sheets, piqué fabrics and knitted towels to our valued customers.
In HT dyeing, we dye cotton, polyester, polyamide, viscose, modal, bamboo and their blends, in knitted structures (interlock, rib, single jersey, cashcore, two-thread, three-thread, welsoft) and woven structures (terry, bathrobe, velvet, flat fabrics, warp knits).
With our digital printing machine and its 320 cm printing width, we set standards in the apparel sector thanks to fine pattern detail, and we serve the home textile sector with our wide printing width.
