PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
Across all of these categories, we carry out dyeing and finishing processes from raw material to finished product.
AFZ Tekstil carries out its weaving operations on two main lines: terry weaving and flat weaving. Our dobby and jacquard terry looms produce in the 320–800 g/m² range, covering towels, bathrobes, bath mats and children's terry products. Our flat weaving machinery produces fabrics from 145 TC to 400 TC, serving primarily the hotel and home textile sectors. Because weaving is integrated with our own dyeing and finishing facilities, fabric quality is monitored at every stage of production within our ISO 9001 quality management system.
Our knitting operations run on machinery that produces knitted fabrics in the 100–160 g/m² range. On this foundation we supply fitted sheets, piqué fabrics and knitted towels to our customers. Consistent fabric quality and reliable, repeatable production form the basis of our long-standing relationships with established customers.
Our dyeing operations are carried out on high-temperature (HT) dyeing lines. We dye cotton, polyester, polyamide, viscose, modal, bamboo and their cotton blends, in knitted structures such as interlock, rib and single jersey as well as woven structures including terry, bathrobe, velvet and flat fabrics. Our automation infrastructure, from color measurement to dye recipe, delivers reproducible color results and minimal waste in every batch, and production is carried out in line with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 requirements.
Our digital printing machine offers a printing width of up to 320 cm. Its ability to reproduce fine pattern detail with high precision gives design-driven customers in the apparel sector a strong production option, while the wide printing width allows large-format designs to be applied to home textile products, completing our range of services.
Private Label & OEM
We manufacture bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bathrobes under our customers' own brands (private label / OEM) – all in 100% Turkish cotton, with terry and waffle options for bathrobes. Minimum order quantities are flexible: we accept small and medium orders, and the MOQ is set per product, design and color. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the MOQ for your project.
Technical Infrastructure
With HT dyeing machines reaching up to 120–130°C for polyester and its blends, colorfastness values are kept at the highest level.
With our open-width processing lines, capable of handling large-format woven and home textile fabrics up to 340 cm in width, we offer high production capacity for large-format products.
