AFZ Tekstil operates a dyeing and finishing facility in Denizli, Türkiye, with an average monthly production capacity of 700 tons: automated dyeing, open-width finishing up to 340 cm and digital printing up to 320 cm, under OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
Founded in 1995, AFZ Tekstil operates a dyeing and finishing facility in Denizli. We process cotton, viscose, polyester and their blends as towels, bathrobes, woven fabrics and knitted fabrics, with an average monthly production capacity of 700 tons. Dyeing runs on fully automatic lines, and the infrastructure is automated from color measurement to dye recipe, which gives reproducible color in every batch and minimal waste.
Wastewater is treated in our own treatment plant, and energy is managed under ISO 50001: AFZ Tekstil was among the first companies in Denizli to obtain that certificate, on 20 October 2015. Our open-width finishing lines handle large-format woven and home textile fabrics up to 340 cm in width, which suits wide bedding and home textile fabrics.
